Square Tabourette Custom

This was a custom design for a client in New York City who wanted to use it as a night stand. It is now part of the permanent collection.

This table measures 22" high with an 17" width top. The lower shelf measures 8" by 8".

Made with quarter-sawn white oak. The finish is fumed followed by six coats of shellac (french polishing) and two coats of varnish (all hand rubbed). The process is completed with two coats of Butcher's or Bri wax and a final buffing for a lustrous shine.
